We are based north of Adelaide in Gawler with a small team south of Adelaide . EIF Industries has a division in the Upper Spence Gulf/Mid-North area. With a workshop location in Port Pirie and work in this area.
You will have opportunities to be able to work away with LAHA and bigger hour days .
We are a very unique business as we have a team of electricians and a team of mechanical trades people here at EIF. The business provides electrical and mechanical support to our customer base.
Our company is continuously growing with 45 + team members. We are seeking another motivated LT HD mechanic who will fit within our dynamic team.

About the role
You will be required to:
- Undertake all mechanical service and repairs to LT and HD vehicles
- Electrical wiring on LT and HD vehicles
- Be flexible and undertake wide range of work
- Undertake generator repairs and servicing
- Fault finding LT,HD vehicles and generators
- Provide support and coverage to our customer base
- Work within a team environment
- Have a can-do attitude and passion for the industry
- Self motivation
- Ordering of materials
- Basic computer skills (SimPro) (Office 365)
- Maintaining a clean & tidy workplace
- Maintenances and repairs of our current fleet of vehicles 45
- Collecting and organising of work vehicles for repairs and service work

Skills and experience
- Trade certificate
- Forklift license
- Driver's license
- Strong focus on safety
- Can do attitude
- Self motivated
- Proven experience working on all type of engines
- Great communication skills with peers and clients
- Understanding of mechanical systems
During the interview process you will be asked a series of question in regards to your trade knowledge and experience. You also may be asked to perform practical tests.
