Three28.Pilates is a modern reformer Pilates studio dedicated to mindful movement, strength, and balance. Our studio blends a calm aesthetic with contemporary Pilates practice, offering small group and private reformer classes that focus on quality, alignment, and connection.

The Role

We're looking for a passionate Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. You'll lead dynamic, safe, and inspiring reformer Pilates classes that help clients of all levels build strength, confidence, and body awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Reformer Pilates classes in line with the studio's style and values.
  • Provide individualised guidance and modifications for clients of varying abilities and experience.
  • Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and professional studio atmosphere.
  • Contribute to maintaining studio cleanliness and setup before and after classes.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and support their ongoing progress.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to uphold Three28.Pilates' brand standards and community spirit.

About You

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (minimum Certificate III or equivalent qualification).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and safe exercise techniques.
  • Friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping others move well.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and aligned with the studio's calm and supportive culture.
