  • Managing PEXA settlements
  • State Revenue Office - Duties Online Platform
  • SPEAR transactions and subdivisions
  • Legal Software knowledge (LEAP)
  • MS Office skills

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Working as a team
  • Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish under direction from an experienced property solicitor
  • Experience in preparing Contracts and Vendors Statements from solicitors instructions
  • Experience in preparing loan agreements, mortgages and caveats
  • Calculate and finalise statement of adjustments
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors/conveyancers, mortgage brokers and banks
  • Invoicing matters
