Your New Role
Join the Logan Community Care Unit team and play a pivotal role in supporting adults on their mental health recovery journey towards independent living.

  • Provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills in the management of residents with complex care needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a recovery-focused residential environment.
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff, contributing to education, clinical leadership, and research initiatives.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote person-centred care and facilitate independent living skills.

*About you:*
You are an experienced and compassionate mental health nurse with strong leadership and critical thinking skills, ready to make a meaningful impact.

  • Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the NMBA and possess (or are working towards) a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge in mental health rehabilitation and recovery-oriented care.
  • Excel in communication, delegation, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Committed to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and upholding Metro South Health's values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement, and Excellence.
