We're after a reliable Labourer with Dogman and Working at Heights tickets to join our crew on a West Melbourne infrastructure project.

You'll be working alongside a solid team handling deep trenching, conduit installation, and excavation support — ideal for someone with hands-on site experience who's chasing steady, well-paid casual work.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with deep trenching and conduit installations
• Spotting for excavators and keeping the site safe
• Dogging and lifting duties when required
• General labouring, clean-up, and supporting plant operators
• Following all site safety and quality standards

What you'll need:

• Dogman Ticket
• Working at Heights Ticket
• HR Truck Licence
• Experience in deep trenching and conduit installation
• Excavator spotting experience (operating experience preferred)
• White Card
• Reliable, safety-focused attitude
