Anytime Fitness is a 24-hour health and fitness club and the brand is now hiring a proactive and inspirational Club Manager in Moonee Ponds. As the face of our club, you'll play an integral role in brightening our members and prospect lives. Sharing great conversations and helping them achieve their goals.

What we're looking for:

  • A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and develop a team.\
  • Previous management experience, ideally in the fitness, retail or hospitality industry.
  • Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great time management skills

Your role within our team

  • Drive the growth of the club's membership base through sales management and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand.
  • Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members.
