Alice Property Management is a dynamic property management company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.
  • Manage and organise property documents, leases, and agreements.
  • Handle client inquiries and communications in a professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating property inspections and maintenance.
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting, and filing tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must have driver's licence and vehicle
  • Must be prepared to undertake study for your real estate licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not essential.
