The Opportunity-

You will be a strategic, confident leader, strategic thinker and experienced Senior Category Manager to lead our Facilities Management Services procurement function. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing category strategies across a diverse range of services including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building services, and vertical transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing category strategies across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building services, and vertical transport.
  • Leading a team with end-to-end procurement processes including tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract drafting.
  • Manage tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract drafting.
  • Drive vendor performance through regular reviews, risk management, and innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and excellence.
  • Contribute to financial planning through budget and forecast input.

What you need:

  • A degree in commerce, finance, procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in procurement, ideally within facilities management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Full Australian work rights.
