We are thrilled to be partnering with Armitage Associates in their search for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their investment team in Melbourne. Armitage partner with outstanding founder-led businesses across Australia and New Zealand. They invest with long-term, patient capital and work closely with management teams to build enduring, high-quality companies.
This is a hands-on role with exposure across the full investment lifecycle—origination, execution, and portfolio support—within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
This role will include
sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities, building and owning bottom-up financial models and investment analysis, supporting transaction execution and due diligence, working closely with portfolio company management teams and driving value-creation and portfolio initiatives
We
are seeking candidates with 2–4+ years in PE, IB, M&A, consulting, or investing. You will have strong financial modelling and commercial judgement, be proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership and a strong communicator who enjoys working with founders
This is
