Are you an experienced Estimator with a talent for preparing detailed tenders and a passion for client relationships?

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven professional to join our growing commercial cleaning company based in Melbourne.

As our Estimator & Business Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in the growth of our business by:

• Preparing accurate and competitive tenders and cost estimates

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Seeking and securing new business opportunities

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery

• Proven experience in estimating and tender preparation, ideally in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines at once

• Confidence in client-facing roles and a proactive approach to business development

• Knowledge of Melbourne's commercial property and service sectors is a plus
