Camira State School is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic and supportive administration team.
This key role involves providing high-quality administrative support in a busy school environment, contributing to the smooth operation of the school.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.86FTE), 62.5 hours per fortnight.
*This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About The Role
As an Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing timely and relevant support to the Principal and Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Performing routine administrative tasks such as reception duties, correspondence, and maintaining school records.
- Managing financial matters, including processing payments, receipting, and reconciling invoices.
- Organising school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of school facilities.
- Drafting and preparing minutes, reports, newsletters, and other school documents.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and support in line with school policies.
