About the role

We are seeking passionate Housekeeping Allrounders to join our team at Dusty Outback Trails Pty Ltd in Wilcannia, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our accommodation and facilities. With a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in a unique regional location.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards
  • Replenish room supplies and linens as required
  • Assist with the set-up and preparation of rooms for new arrivals
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to all guests
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and hygienic manner
  • Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be able to lift up to 10kg as part of daily housekeeping duties
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
