We're on the lookout for a Senior Occupational Therapist who's excited to support a Dynamic and Generalist caseload while mentoring others and shaping a growing service. If you have clinical expertise in one or more of the following subspecialties, we'd love to hear from you:
- Neurological conditions - Acquired Brain Injuries, Huntington's, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Motor Neurons Disease or etc.
- Autism Spectrum Disorder

About the Role
As a Senior OT, you'll:
- Manage a caseload of NDIS participants across a Generalist caseload, with focus on your area of subspecialty
- Complete functional, ADL, pre-employment and capacity-building assessments
- Support participants with home modifications, equipment prescription, and therapy planning
- Collaborate with families, GPs, support coordinators and other health professionals
- Participate in service improvement and development projects
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior therapists
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement and mentoring
- Help shape our culture and practice through your leadership
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA registered OT with 4+ years' experience (NDIS experience highly valued)
- Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for person-centred practice
- Sound knowledge of NDIS and/or primary/community care models
- Experience supporting children or adults with disability, psychosocial, or complex needs
- Leadership capability, a growth mindset and a team-first attitude
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in Neuro, Neurodiverse, Complex Home Mods, or Paediatrics
- Willingness to learn
- Previous experience mentoring others
- Established business development relationships with community partners, referrers, or general community.
Requirements
- Driver's license + reliable vehicle
- Professional insurances (PLI & indemnity)
- Relevant clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check)
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster)
