At Vocus, change brings opportunity—for our customers and our people. Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset are key to success here. As our business evolves, your responsibilities may shift, but here's what you'll focus on:

  • Commercial Analysis & Insights – Dive into customer, revenue, and margin data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities across all segments.
  • Play Performance Measurement – Track and evaluate GTM plays and campaigns, analyzing ROI, conversion rates, and retention uplift to measure impact.
  • Market & Competitor Insights – Deliver actionable insights on competitive positioning, offer performance, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Business Case Development – Support the creation of robust commercial business cases for new growth initiatives and GTM plays.

What You'll Bring To The Role
To succeed in this role, you'll combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and a knack for turning data into actionable insights. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Advanced Excel & BI Tools Proficiency – Skilled in leveraging data tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Data Storytelling – Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of key financial metrics and their impact on performance.
  • Communication & Presentation – Confident in delivering insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.
  • Stakeholder Management – Ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
  • Attention to Detail – Precision and accuracy in all aspects of analysis and reporting.

Experience

  • 5+ years in commercial analysis, business performance, or similar roles.
  • Background in telco, ICT, or subscription-based industries.
  • Proven success supporting GTM or sales teams with commercial insights.
  • Exposure to churn, pricing, and customer lifecycle analytics is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Working at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work. You will enjoy:

  • Diverse and dynamic teams with a supportive and inclusive culture.
  • Supportive career development plans with comprehensive ongoing training, support, and development opportunities.
  • Flexible hours and a hybrid working environment
  • Generous discounts on power, gas, mobile and internet; plus, discounts to over 400 retailers.
  • Competitive leave options, including anniversary leave, purchased leave, parental leave, volunteering leave, study leave, and plus more.
  • Study assistance programs to excel your personal growth, learning and development.
  • Health and wellness offerings, including access to our wellbeing initiatives that can help you from a financial, psychological, and physical perspective.
