Meadowbrook Golf Club (MGC) is looking for a passionate Head Chef to help us realise our vision for the venue.

What will you be responsible for?

Alongside shaping the future of our food and beverage function, you will also:

- Guide and empower the kitchen staff to uphold exceptional levels of food excellence, presentation, and customer satisfaction;

- Proactively research industry trends to inspire creativity and enhance the culinary experience;

- Maintain unwavering consistency in the quality of our dishes;

- Uphold strict adherence to and enforcement of food safety protocols and regulations;

- Skilfully balance food and labour expenses to align with organisational financial targets; and

- Cultivate a supportive and harmonious workplace atmosphere, emphasizing teamwork and staff growth opportunities.
