About the role

Bundaberg Motor Group's multi-franchised Dealership with 12 new car brands is the largest Dealership in the Wide Bay region. Due to expanding growth, we are seeking a full-time experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This is a role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in our dealership.

Position Description

• Perform a variety of commercial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, class cleaning, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy, and in accordance with our high standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Assist with other duties as required to support the team.

Essential criteria

• Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work to deadlines.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role ideally.
