The Role

You'll be working alongside an experienced crew on a wide range of projects, including:

  • Residential tree removals and pruning
  • Large-scale commercial and council contracts
  • Complex and high access tree work using EWPs and cranes
  • Storm damage and emergency response call-outs

What We're Looking For

Cert III in Arboriculture (or currently working towards it)

  • Experience in climbing, EWP operation, or complex rigging (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Current driver's licence (truck licence highly regarded)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Trainee/Apprentice

  • A genuine interest in trees and the arboriculture trade
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to learning both on the job and through formal study
  • The ability to work well in a team environment, supporting and communicating with crew members
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and the willingness to get stuck in, even on the tough day
