The Role

We are seeking a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our workshop. You'll be working on a wide variety of bikes and equipment, from new model pre-delivery to race-ready performance setups. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling, servicing, and repairing motorcycles
  • Performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics, inspections, and adjustments
  • Carrying out suspension servicing, setup, and performance tuning (MPE)
  • Completing service test rides and preparing bikes for customer handover
  • Upholding workshop WH&S standards and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
  • Participating in manufacturer and specialist suspension training

About You

  • Trade qualified Motorcycle Mechanic
  • Experience on a Race Team would be an advantage
  • Suspension knowledge and experience highly regarded
  • Product knowledge of KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Stark and Honda motorcycles is an advantage
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and customer service abilities
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and solid time-management skills
  • Current motorcycle and car driver's licences
  • A passion for off-road riding and racing is a big plus
