Talent Acquisition Coordinator
who cares deeply about detail, process, and people — someone who understands that how we hire matters just as much as who we hire.

The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of our Talent Acquisition function.

You'll be the person who ensures everything connects — candidates feel informed and welcomed, hiring managers feel supported, and recruitment activity runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Your Impact
In This Role, You Will

• Keep recruitment activity moving seamlessly from application to onboarding
• Ensure candidates experience professionalism, warmth, and clarity at every stage
• Support Recruitment Advisors and Hiring Managers with coordination, communication, and follow-through
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment systems and records
• Help improve recruitment processes through organisation, insight, and initiative

You won't just be "supporting recruitment" — you'll be enabling it.

What Your Day Might Look Like
No two days are the same, but you will regularly:

• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and recruitment logistics
• Prepare offers, contracts, and recruitment documentation
• Manage job ads and support screening processes
• Be a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support onboarding and induction activities
• Update and maintain data in our ATS
• Assist with reporting, talent pooling, and recruitment projects
• Spot opportunities to make processes smoother, faster, and better

Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be a recruiter — but you do need to be organised, thoughtful, and people-focused.

You'll Likely Bring

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar roles
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Comfort using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
• The ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
• A proactive mindset — you notice what needs doing and take action
