Supplying quality ranges of vinyl flooring solutions to flooring retailers across the state, our clients also include all major flooring retailers as well as many independents.
We're seeking and enthusiastic, results driven account manager who understands the nuances of driving business through strategic planning and relationship techniques. The right applicant puts a high emphasis on implementing and driving correct flooring solutions to ensure your customers and the teams are meeting and exceeding their revenue targets. Professional at all times, the applicant will uphold the company values at the highest level.
Reporting to the South Australian State Manager, the applicant must have previous Account Management experience, ideally within the flooring industry and has worked previously for a company that has a high emphasis on customer service. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of domestic builders and retail flooring distributors within your region, nurturing long term sustainable relationships.
Core Responsibilities include:
Ongoing management and developmental growth of an existing retail portfolio across South Australia.
Build productive, supportive, collaborative partnerships with peers, cross-functional partnerships, senior management and key clients.
Demonstrate an understanding of our market, our competitors, economic indicators and industry trends, we want a forward-thinking individual to manage our existing clients.
Achieve objectives through effective business and account planning, setting goals, analysing data on past performance and projecting future performance.
High -achieving, ambitious and results oriented, your tenacious "can -do" approach shines through at every level.
Have a dedication to providing excellent service and experiences to our clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Innate ability to relate and influence people at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse key data points.
Ensuring that the current customer base is serviced accordingly in accordance with internal expectations.
Sound knowledge of understanding within Microsoft office programs
Regional travel occasionally will be part of your role.
