About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Technical Officer Grade 3 to be part of our Technology & Communication Services Command. The Senior Technical Officer provides design and development assistance to support product development and operational activities within the NSWPF.

Target Question 1:
Describe a time when you were responsible for maintaining or troubleshooting complex technical systems or equipment. What steps did you take to identify and resolve the issue, and what was the outcome?
Target Question 2:
Can you describe a situation where you were responsible for configuring or maintaining IP-based network infrastructure - including routers, switches, and backhaul links - in a mission-critical environment? What challenges did you face, and how did you ensure network reliability and security?
