About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Adventure Kings — bringing our adventure-driven culture to life in-store.

From helping customers find the perfect camp setup to smashing sales goals, you'll play a key role in making every visit unforgettable.

You'll:

  • Create an engaging and memorable in-store experience for every customer
  • Hit individual and team sales targets
  • Keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for action
  • Bring energy, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
  • Handle POS, stock management, and general store operations

About You

You're:

  • A proven retail performer who loves hitting targets
  • A natural people-person with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about customer service and outdoor adventure
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn our extensive product range and systems
  • Weekend-ready and flexible with availability
  • Bonus points if you've got 12V or camping knowledge (but not essential)
