Location: Kings Park, NSW

Rate: $32.25 per hour + superannuation

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM (with occasional overtime)

Located in Kings Park their state-of-the-art facility produces approximately 150 tonnes of product per week, supplying major clients across the country. They pride themselves on traditional cooking techniques, high food safety standards, and a commitment to consistency and flavour.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will report to the Warehouse manager in a team of 15 forklift operators and packers. You will spend your day pick packing customer orders from both dry good and chiller environments.

• Pick packing of customer orders using RF scanners
• Palletising stock in staging areas to prepare for loading of trucks
• Stock control
• Quality control – ensuring goods going out are not damaged
• Labelling and documentation: Applying correct shipping labels, ensuring accuracy of the order, and completing necessary paperwork.
• Inventory management: Keeping track of stock, performing counts, and reporting shortages.
• Warehouse maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, neat, and organized.
• Manual handling (up to 20kg), pallet stacking, and using pallet jacks (manual and electric)
• General warehouse duties including breaking down boxes and palletising stock
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' pick packing experience from a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience with RF scanning and pick packing in a warehouse environment
• Coming from food manufacturing / Food warehouse environments is highly advantageous
• Experience in identifying damaged or defective goods
• Labelling and documentation experience
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
