Polola, is a modern take on Mexican food and next level cocktails. We are a shared dining/social dining style restaurant focused around charcoal grill kitchen, margaritas and creating memorable experiences.

We are looking for great people that have care factor, a love of success and the ability to help lead and inspire our teams alongside our other existing management. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in food, cocktails, attention to detail as well as honing their own skillset each day.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Maintain professional and high-level customer service standards at all times in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Develop knowledge of food and Bev specifics to this venue
  • Assist in maintaining the high execution standards of our cocktails and customer service
  • Offer engaging table service and have the ability to quickly establish rapport with guests while having fun with them
