Plantation Homes, part of the renowned Henley Properties Group, is looking for a skilled and detail-driven Production Estimator to join our high-performing Estimating team. If you bring precision, a deep understanding of residential construction, and thrive in a fast-paced volume building environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a builder that sets the benchmark for quality and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately order materials for full residential builds, including post-contract and building variations
  • Review plans, documentation, and variations to ensure precise material orders
  • Collaborate with suppliers, construction teams, and internal departments to resolve queries
  • Escalate discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Maintain estimating systems and ensure alignment with ACC targets

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential whole-house estimating within a volume building environment
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in estimating software and systems (e.g., Databuild, Buildsoft, or similar)
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building techniques, legal requirements, and quantitative analysis practices

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Building and Construction OR
  • Experienced tradesperson (e.g., carpenter, plumber, electrician) OR
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Estimating role
