HOTO Consultant

Looking to continue making your mark supporting contractors, project managers and design teams with delivering Defence projects? We're seeking a Handover-Takeover (HOTO) Consultant with the expertise and drive to keep projects on track.

What you'll do:

• Lead day-to-day HOTO outcomes, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Follow up and close out documentation on time to maintain project schedules.
• Apply your rich knowledge of Defence handover artefacts to guarantee compliance and clarity and acceptance by relevant stakeholders.
• Build trust and momentum with a stakeholder-first mindset.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in the Defence handover-takeover processes.
• Strong organisational skills with a knack for timely follow-through.
• Experienced Microsoft Office user, including Excel and SharePoint.
• Clear communicator who thrives in complex stakeholder environments.
