Administrator, ECT, Assistant Director, Diploma / Certificate 3 Educators. Various shifts available.

Coastal Montessori ELC is opening in term 3 in the heart of Aldinga. If you are knowledgeable and experienced in Montessori education, come and be an integral part of our foundation team. Together we will establish our prepared environment, ready to greet our first learners, aged 2 to 5 years for the start of their educational journey.

Montessori qualifications / experience are highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and deliver an exceptional educational program based on The Montessori Curriculum and in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

  • Scaffold children's wholistic development through careful observations and excellent relationships.

  • Communicate effectively and respectfully at all times with parents, children and colleagues.

  • Uphold the Montessori Principals through every element of the centre.

  • Participate wholeheartedly in all aspects of establishing the new centre, including staff meetings, ordering resources and WHS.
