The Role

We are seeking a
Senior Analyst or Junior Associate
to join the
Infrastructure M&A team
. This is a high-impact role working alongside market-leading senior bankers on landmark transactions across core and core-plus infrastructure sectors, including transport, energy, digital infrastructure, and social assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, review, and optimise
    complex infrastructure financial models
    , including operational, project finance, and valuation models.
  • Support all phases of the M&A transaction process: origination, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
  • Conduct detailed sector and company analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Prepare client-ready presentations, pitch materials, and investment papers.
  • Work closely with senior team members in a
    non-hierarchical, supportive environment
    .

About You:

  • 2.5–4 years' experience in
    investment banking, project finance, corporate advisory, or Big 4 modelling teams
    with strong exposure to infrastructure transactions.
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills with the ability to structure and sensitise complex models for regulated and contracted assets.
  • Strong technical grounding in valuation and transaction structuring.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.
