Location: Remote with travel across Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne.

Job Type: Casual, Flexible (Monday to Friday between 9 am to 3 pm)

Company Overview:

Home With Help Care Solutions provides home care and community nursing services to aged and people living with disability across Melbourne.

We are looking for a compassionate, caring, reliable and dedicated Community Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis to provide in-home and community services to our clients.

Role Duties:

  • Monitoring and managing care and services for our clients.
  • Delivering comprehensive nursing care and services to our clients such as medication administration, wound care and management, stoma care, catheter care, wellbeing checks, diabetes management
  • Reporting any clinical issues or concerns to Care Advisor regularly.
  • Completing appropriate clinical documentations for care and services provided to our clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Valid AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • Drivers licence and reliable vehicle with valid insurance
  • Current National Police Check (within 3 years) and NDIS Workers Screening Check (within 5 years).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Experience in Aged Care and Disability sector
  • Experience in Complex Nursing Care and Personal care.
