We're Hiring: Dispatch Team Member

Location: Dubbo, NSW

Type: Full-time

Earlyrise Baking Co is on the lookout for a Dispatch Team Member to join our team in Dubbo.

From crusty artisan sourdoughs and Stevenson Village Pies to fluffy loaves and flaky croissants – you'll play a key role in getting our products picked, packed, and dispatched to customers and contractors every single day.

Shift Details

Work across scheduled shifts between Sunday to Friday from 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

About the Role

As a Dispatch Team Member, your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):

  • Pick, Pack & Dispatch – Accurately count, pack, and assign orders to the correct delivery routes (lifting up to 20kg).
  • Machine Operation – Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines like flow wrappers and industrial bread baggers.
  • Cleaning – Assist with daily end-of-shift cleaning and plant shutdowns.

About You

  • Have 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • An understanding of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards – or are ready to learn
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in work.
  • Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 25kg).
