The opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering top-quality service and working with innovative technical equipment? We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team at Dominant in Queensland.

This permanent full-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience, a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer service. You will play a vital role in installing, maintaining and servicing our chemical dispensing equipment across client sites—with some regional and interstate travel required.

Your key responsibilities will be

  • Install and maintain chemical dispensing systems at customer sites
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely restocking
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation

What we are looking for in you

  • Currently hold a connect/disconnect electrical licence and/or plumbing or electrical qualifications
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to travel within Queensland and occasionally interstate
  • Familiarity with job management software
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
