RAW Sunshine Coast is a well-established, family-owned business specialising in custom timber furniture, cabinetry, and kitchens. We're known for our quality craftsmanship, creativity, and down-to-earth culture.

We're now seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker to join our team in Maroochydore. This is a long-term role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to work on projects you'll genuinely be proud of.

• Fully qualified Cabinet Maker (essential)

• Experience in kitchens and custom joinery (residential or commercial)

• Ability to read and interpret plans and cutting lists accurately

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Reliable, organised, and motivated, with good problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

• Licences such as forklift, white card, or first aid are a bonus but not essential

• CNC experience highly regarded

• Must have full working rights in Australia

• Site measures, cutting, assembling and installing cabinetry and furniture

• Working directly with clients, designers, and builders

• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the workshop

• Delivering projects to a high standard of finish and craftsmanship
