Chiropractic Assistant (Casual)

Location: Vibrant Chiropractic Oran Park

$34 to $37 per hour (depending on experience) + Super + Complimentary Chiropractic Wellness Package + Family Staff Discount

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Chiropractic Assistant for a casual role working one, two or three days between Monday and Friday. Hours are 8:45 AM to 6:45 PM with a 1.5 hour lunch break. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, professional, and patient focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care and Reception Duties: Welcome every patient with warmth, manage patient flow, and maintain a positive and calm environment
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage bookings, messages, patient files, emails, and follow ups with accuracy and timeliness
  • Payments and Reconciliation: Process payments, issue invoices, and complete end of day reconciliation
  • Patient Communication: Support patients with care plans, follow up schedules, and enquiries
  • Clinic Presentation: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised clinic throughout the day
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Help maintain smooth patient flow, keep chiropractors supported, and address small issues before they become big ones
The Ideal Candidate

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and patient care
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and the ability to build rapport with people of all ages
  • A proactive, caring, and reliable work ethic
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience as a chiropractic assistant is highly regarded but not essential.

Experience as an executive assistant or office administrator in a corporate setting also transfers extremely well into this role due to the organisational and client facing nature of the position.
