About Us

BiomeCentric is a leading contract manufacturer based in Molendinar on the Gold Coast. We specialise in producing high-quality cosmetic and personal care products and are currently expanding with brand-new production lines. As we grow, we're looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our team and help us deliver innovative products to market.


About the Role

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where precision and teamwork are essential. We have high-priority openings for experienced Machine Operators and candidates with compounding experience.

Key areas include:

  • Sachet machines
  • Filling lines
  • Capping Machines
  • Labelling Machines
  • Batch code checks
  • Compounding support

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment
  • Conduct batch code and quality checks to maintain compliance and product consistency
  • Support compounding processes as required
  • Pack and label products to specification
  • Maintain a clean, GMP-compliant work environment
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in machine operation and/or compounding (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceuticals highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Reliability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality standards
  • Good physical fitness for repetitive tasks and manual handling
  • Flexibility to work various shifts if required
