The Role

As Roadhouse Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations. Your leadership will shape the atmosphere that our patrons return for—from the quality of our meals to the warmth of our hospitality. You will have the unique opportunity to foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and community engagement while maintaining the rich traditions that have made our roadhouse a staple for generations.

Key Responsibilities

· Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of roadhouse operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, inventory control, scheduling, and budgeting.

· Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a diverse team. Foster a positive workplace where everyone can thrive.

· Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Handle feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

· Food & Beverage Quality: Work alongside the kitchen and Front of House staff to maintain high standards of food safety, taste, and presentation.

· Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth. Prepare and present financial reports to ownership.

· Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations

· Experience: Demonstrated experience in hospitality management.

· Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, lead by example, and build a cohesive team.

· Customer Focus: A passion for creating memorable customer experience and a knack for problem-solving under pressure.

· Organisation: Exceptional multitasking, planning, and time-management skills.

· Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
