POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Front of House Supervisor / Manager

  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced bar or restaurant
  • Confident with team management, rostering, stock, and service standards
  • Excellent communication, hands-on attitude, and strong customer focus

Floor Staff

  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced venue
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality and a strong team player mentality

Kitchen Team (Cooks & Kitchen Hands)

  • Experience in busy kitchens essential
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a love for quality food
  • Able to maintain high standards during peak service

Kitchen Lead / Head Cook

  • Strong leadership and line management experience
  • Ability to run a kitchen smoothly and efficiently
  • Comfortable with menu input, ordering, prep systems, and food safety standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Available Wednesday - Sunday. Evenings Wed- Fri, all day trade Sat-Sun.
  • RSA and Food Safety certifications (where applicable)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.97 – $46.11 per hour
