About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Assembler to join our factory team. This hands-on role involves assembling aluminium window units to precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a supportive team, contributing to the delivery of custom-built window solutions for residential and commercial projects.

*Key Responsibilities

Assemble window frames, sashes, and glazing units according to technical drawings and work orders

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Measure, cut, and fit components with accuracy

Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and functionality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Assist with packing and preparation for dispatch as required

*Skills & Experience

Previous experience in window or door assembly (preferred but not essential)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery

Good physical fitness and manual dexterity

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

No formal qualifications required

On-the-job training provided

Forklift licence or relevant tickets (advantageous)
