About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to shape how our clinics connect with their local communities and the wider veterinary industry.

You will take the lead on campaign planning, creative development, and execution, ensuring every initiative reflects the heart and personality of each clinic while maintaining alignment with our group-wide strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute group-wide marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness across all clinics.

• Coordinate and deliver digital and social media campaigns that engage local audiences and promote our clinics' services and community values.

• Manage and update clinic websites to ensure a professional, engaging, and user-friendly experience for clients.

• Create high-quality digital and print marketing collateral that supports clinic-level campaigns and group initiatives.

• Plan and deliver community and charity events, including open days, fundraisers, and partnerships that deepen local engagement.

• Coordinate internal and external events for the group, including professional trade shows and team events.

• Collaborate with Practice Managers to support local marketing ideas and ensure consistency across all channels.

• Analyse campaign performance and share insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

About You

You are a creative marketer with a strategic edge, someone who can see the bigger picture but is not afraid to get hands-on to make it happen. You understand how to translate brand values into action and have the skills to bring ideas to life.

You will bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable results.

• Confidence in managing social media, digital platforms, and content creation.

• Experience updating and managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.

Desirable:

• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or other community-focused sectors.

• Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar digital tools.
