Opportunities currently exist for
Process Workers
to join our busy production team in Smeaton Grange
.
You will be responsible to work towards achieving production targets while working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
  • Awareness and high regards in food safety, and quality assurance
  • Work in a cold room environment (2oC - 4oC)
  • Working closely with the team to ensure machines are running effectively

Desired Skills And Experience
Skills and Requirements

  • Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI's
  • The role is manual and repetitive in nature therefore physical fitness is a must
  • Previous experience within FMCG or Manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport
  • Previous machine operator or packer experience desirable but not essential
  • Must be 18 years or older for health and safety requirements.
