Redtree Finance is an Australian-owned and operated online lender specializing in providing Secured Medium Amount loans between $2,250 and $5,000. We are located in Capalaba.

We have full-time positions available as a Support officer and a Credit-Assessor. 

The role

Reporting directly to the Lending Managers will be vital to the success of the team and company.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

•    Assess financial circumstances of applicant's

•    Ensure sufficient documentation and ID is provided

•    Enquire and liaise with customers to assess the full circumstance of each applicant

•    Research and value security properties 

•    Assess all applications accurately and fairly ensuring the product suits the applicants' needs

•    Adhere to audit and compliance requirements to prevent risk exposure

•    Develop and maintain positive relationships

•    Maintain required performance standards
