Bright Blooms Early Learning Centre in St Leonards is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee or Certificate III Educator to join our caring team.

The Role

As a Trainee or Cert III Educator, you will:

  • Support the delivery of engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
  • Participate in the day-to-day routines of the centre
  • Be mentored by experienced educators as you develop your skills

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • A positive, caring and reliable attitude
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a collaborative team
  • For trainees: eligibility to enrol or currently enrolled in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • For qualified educators: completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
