Gardener – Casual with Potential to Grow

Inside Out Makeovers & Maintenance is a locally owned gardening business servicing Adelaide's eastern suburbs and CBD. We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join us.
About the role- General garden maintenance: mowing, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, mulching, fertilising.
- Use of professional equipment (STIHL, Masport etc.) – full training provided.
- Casual role starting 2–3 days per week, with potential to grow into more regular work.
- No weekend or late-night work – family-friendly hours.
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided.
- Experience in construction, farming, or other outdoor physical work is valued but not essential
- Must have a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one before starting
- Physically fit and enjoys outdoor work.
- Able to lift up to 20kg, work in various weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periods
- Most importantly: great people skills – friendly, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done.
- Must have full work rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
- Comfortable learning to operate power tools and gardening equipment safely
- $30–$33 per hour + super (depending on skills).
- Uniform, PPE, and equipment provided.
- A supportive, small-team environment where your contribution matters.
