We don't do beige childcare.At Eskay Kids Springfield, we do things differently. You won't find plastic-fantastic setups, colouring-in books or cookie-cutter curriculums. You will find children making potions in the mud kitchen, building forts from branches, baking banana bread from scratch, and being treated like the competent, curious, capable beings they truly are.

· You're either Diploma-qualified or actively working toward it

· Previous experience in early childhood education preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
