About The Role
This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to start their career in service delivery management with a professional, friendly and supportive organisation. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established and highly specialised Cybersecurity organisation providing service delivery management support.

The Associate Service Delivery Manager will work as a member of the Triskele Labs Service Delivery Team, liaising primarily with Service Delivery Managers and Head of Service.

Requirements
About you

• Project Support & Coordination: Help deliver end-to-end cyber security projects by tracking plans, schedules, and milestones. Support Service Delivery Managers to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with internal teams, clients, and vendors to keep projects aligned and on track. Capture key actions and decisions during meetings for effective follow-up.
• Team Collaboration: Support resource planning, team calendars, and workflows to ensure efficient utilisation of internal resources.
• Documentation & Quality: Contribute to project plans, reports, and timekeeping logs. Review deliverables for consistency and compliance while monitoring task progress.
• Learning & Development: Build your cyber security knowledge and support process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Reporting & Presentation Support: Assist with creating polished presentations and reports while keeping the Head of Service Delivery informed on team capacity and project updates.

Experience

• Education: Cert 3+ in Project Management, Business, IT, Cyber Security, or similar.
• Experience: 1+ year in project support or coordination, ideally in cyber security or IT consulting, with a desire to grow into leadership.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO and tools (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection) is a bonus.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are desirable.
