Allocations Consultant

Previous experience is not essential as we are seeking someone who has the right attitude, dependable, reliable, strong work ethic and - you will be keen to learn, not afraid of teamwork or achieving success.

Typical Duties include:

• Coordinate placements of staff into suitable shifts

• Inputting data accurately into the database

• Taking requests from clients accurately

• Processing bookings from clients, shift changes and updating availability from staff

• Liaising with clients to update and rectify staffing needs.

• Assisting Team Leaders with allocated after-hours tasks

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Good knowledge of computer software especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Adaptable to change

• Be available to work on a roster

• Be able to prioritize.

This is a casual/part time position where you will be working 8-hour shifts. Shift times range from 4am- 12pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 8pm-4am Penalty rates apply for the PM/ND shifts, weekends and public holidays worked.
