Typical Duties include:

Coordinate placements of staff into suitable shifts

Inputting data accurately into the database
-
Taking requests from clients accurately
-
Processing bookings from clients, shift changes and updating availability from staff
-
Liaising with clients to update and rectify staffing needs.

Assisting Team Leaders with allocated after-hours tasks

This is a casual/part time position where you will be working 8-hour shifts. Shift times range from 4am- 12pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 8pm-4am Penalty rates apply for the PM/ND shifts, weekends and public holidays worked.
