Ventia are seeking
Expressions of Interest
for Trades based staff in the Malmsbury region for a Permanent Full-Time opportunity starting in early 2026.

We are seeking the following for proactive and reactive maintenance works in a new large complex facility.

• Trade Assistant
• Refrigeration/ HVAC Technician
• Plumber

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

• Participate in multiskilled team for delivery of high-quality facility management and maintenance services at a unique facility.
• Identify and rectify equipment and building infrastructure faults in a time critical environment.
• Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, wiring, fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
• Plumbers to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures and respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies and trades assistant to assist.
• Management of incident reporting register for all works completed within required timeframes.

About You
You will have experience as an Trade Assistant / HVAC or Plumber working in a time critical environment with a focus on reactive maintenance.

You Will Also Possess

• Demonstrated experience in time critical rectification and reporting
• Capability in maintaining scheduled work plans
• Competence in a team environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• High standards across compliance and driving safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) in your work
• A current unrestricted drivers' licence
• Be able to complete a pass a National Police Check and Medical
