Your new role

As a Mac Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and managing Apple macOS devices across the enterprise, ensuring seamless integration with NAB's systems and services. You'll work closely with end-users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver a secure, efficient, and user-friendly Mac environment.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for macOS devices, applications, and peripherals.
  • Manage deployment, configuration, and updates using tools like Jamf Pro or similar MDM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance and security standards.
  • Deliver training and guidance to end-users for optimal Mac usage.
  • Assist in planning and implementing Mac-related projects and upgrades.

What you need to succeed

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in macOS administration and support in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem, including macOS, iOS, and related services.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (Jamf Pro preferred) and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
