Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets and exceed individual/team KPIs in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Develop new business by building strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients through regular contact, meetings, and events.
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships while delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Understand clients' business needs and solve their recruitment challenges effectively.
  • Source, select, and match candidates to roles, arrange interviews, and provide full briefings on companies and positions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish with professionalism and care (with support from senior consultants/managers).
  • Stay updated on industry trends to build market knowledge and credibility.

Business Development:

  • Research industry news and developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Actively use insights from candidates, clients, and research to develop new business opportunities.
  • Promote Robert Walters' services to potential clients via calls and meetings (with guidance from experienced consultants).

Client/Account Management:

  • Arrange and attend meetings with new and existing clients (with support from senior consultants).
  • Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service.
  • Professionally manage the recruitment process end-to-end with attention to detail.

Candidate Management:

  • Source top talent using headhunting, referrals, job boards, and other innovative methods.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates through regular communication and portfolio management.
  • Screen candidates via phone or face-to-face interviews to ensure the best fit for roles.
  • Conduct headhunting projects as needed to support team goals.
