About us

We are a large caravan park with workforce accommodation and a commercial buffet restaurant in Mount Isa in Northern QLD. We provide accommodation and meals to the local miners and other workers in the area, as well as to tourists. We have a small friendly team that aims to delight our customers.

Qualifications & experience

  • Qualified chef with enthusiam to delight our customers
  • Experience in workforce camps and bulk cooking

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective food service, with the smooth day-to-day operation in a commercial kitchen with consistent superior guest experience your focus.
  • You will be part of a team responsible for providing buffet style breakfast, crib and dinner dining for our workforce and other guests residing at the Park.
  • You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste, variety and timely delivery.
  • You will also assist with or complete weekly food orders, and liaise with front of house staff to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of daily services.
