About the Client:

Our key Client, a leading National supplier of galvanized steel to the construction industry located in Girraween, are seeking hard-working, reliable Factory Hands to join the team.

These positions will see you working Monday to Friday, ongoing on afternoon shift , 2pm starts.

About the Role:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Wiring steel products to jig in preparation for galvanising
  • General factory duties
  • Dressing/Fettling of galvanised steel using grinders, hand files etc
  • Strapping, packing steel ready for customer pick up/dispatch
  • Repetitive movements and manual handling of steel

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following:

  • Be physically fit and have no movement or lifting restrictions
  • Be comfortable working with large scale machinery
  • Be committed to full-time hours
  • Full working rights, must be able to work 5 days a week
  • Be safety-conscious
  • Have a can-do attitude

Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
